LA Roof Kings covers 23 cities and communities across Los Angeles County. Our roofing service areas in Los Angeles County run from the San Gabriel foothills down through the Gateway Cities and out to the South Bay and the coast.
We are a family-owned roofing contractor with more than 20 years of experience, working on residential and commercial properties under California Contractor License #600662. Every area on this list gets the same crews, the same written scope, and the same written warranty. Coverage here means we actually work in these cities regularly, not that we are willing to drive there once.

Los Angeles proper is covered on our homepage rather than as a separate area page. If your property is inside city limits, start there.
Our roofing service areas in Los Angeles County operate on one standard, not a distance-based sliding scale. Wherever you are on the list above, the job runs the same way.
Full details on what we install and repair are available on the residential and commercial roofing hubs.
Los Angeles County is not one roofing climate. The foothill cities sit inside designated fire hazard zones where Class A assemblies and ember-resistant venting apply. The coastal cities deal with salt air and marine layer moisture. The inland and Gateway cities carry heavy sun load and a large stock of low-slope commercial roofs.
Santa Ana winds cut across most of it. They lift tile edges, strip ridge caps, and pack debris into valleys where water then backs up. Damage from a wind event usually shows up during the first real rain that follows, which is why an inspection after a wind event is worth booking even when nothing looks wrong from the ground.
Permitting also changes by jurisdiction. Incorporated cities such as Pasadena, Glendale, and Long Beach run their own building departments with their own submittal requirements. Unincorporated communities, such as Altadena, fall under Los Angeles County instead. Communities inside Los Angeles city limits, including San Pedro and Harbor City, are governed by the City of Los Angeles. We confirm which authority applies before quoting, and we pull the permit ourselves.
If you are not sure where your roof stands, start with a free roof inspection, and we will put the findings in writing.
